Frequently asked questions

How do I add a countdown?

Tap + on the countdowns list, type what you are counting toward, pick the date, and save. Everything else — emoji, tags, reminders, notes, checklists — is optional and can be added later.

How do I add the widget to my Home Screen?

Touch and hold an empty area of your Home Screen until the icons jiggle, tap Edit → Add Widget, search for Countward, and choose a size. Small and large widgets show one countdown; the medium Two Countdowns widget shows two side by side.

To choose which countdown a widget displays, touch and hold the widget, tap Edit Widget, and pick from the list.

How do I put a countdown on my Lock Screen?

Touch and hold your Lock Screen, tap Customise → Lock Screen, then tap one of the widget slots and add Countward. Circular, rectangular and inline styles are all supported.

Does it work in StandBy?
